It was wonderful to be together again on the 1st July for the Gensmile Summer Garden Party, having been unable to hold one since 2019 as a consequence of the pandemic.
Being able to welcome 150 friends, old and new, from Gensmile practices, labs and head office teams who were able to relax, mingle and enjoy good food in the glorious Easton Royal sunshine. Families were welcome, so kids, big and small, cavorted on the bouncy castle and played badminton.
Many bottles of English sparkling wine and jugs of Pimms were consumed, as was a fine BBQ of burgers (vegan or otherwise), lamb chops, chicken, stuffed peppers, grilled butternut squash and salads. We were having so much fun the hours flew by, and belatedly the desserts of mixed berries, cheesecake, chocolate caramel and lemon tarts were served.
