Last minute luxury – leaving Saturday 18th March!!
We have kindly donated to Bridge2Aid a last minute luxury holiday for 2 in the skiing resort of Ischgl (www.ischgl.com/en) in Austria. You will depart from Manchester Airport on the morning of 18th March arriving at Innsbruck. You will then be transferred to your accommodation in the very swanky Hotel Brigitte (www.hotel-brigitte-ischgl.at). The hotel booking is for a double room. Flying with Austrian Airlines, checked-in luggage allowance is 20kg p.p, hand baggage allowance is 1 piece up to 8kg (max 55cm x 40cm x 23cm). Boot bags count as part of your overall weight allowance and can be carried in the cabin if they conform to the hand baggage restrictions. 1 pair of skis or a snowboard may be carried if pre-booked.
Bridge2Aid works to address the causes of poverty in some of the poorest communities in the developing world.
They do this by strengthening local healthcare systems – specifically by training local healthcare workers in the provision of emergency dental treatment. Oral disease, infection and chronic pain desperately need to be addressed in these communities to enable people to work, attend school and care for their families.Their sustainable training model passes skills into local communities to provide long-term lasting change by enabling local health workers. Initiallythey have developed a programme in rural Tanzania, and their long term plan is to roll this training out to any country where there is a need.
