Gensmile Dental Care Limited, the new dental group focused on long term partnership and quality, today announces its sixth practice acquisition in 11 months bringing its run rate annual revenue from zero to over £6 million.
Gensmile founder and Managing Director, Simon Turton said, “In each case, the sellers of our practices were looking for someone to take over the running of the business to enable them to refocus on their clinical dentistry. Gensmile’s practices are in Lancashire, Wiltshire, Worcestershire and Cornwall.
Gensmile is keen to find further private and mixed practices to acquire where the Principal dentists would like to continue to care for their patients and where the opportunity for growth exists.
